We Participated in the BAKA Regional Stakeholders Workshop
We participated in the regional stakeholders’ workshop organized by the Western Mediterranean Development Agency. During the workshop, where the past, present, and future of the development agency were discussed, we shared our current assessments on behalf of the ecosystem and presented our suggestions for potential areas of improvement. We wish for the outcomes to be beneficial.

We carried out the Training on Preparing for Tax Audits in Technoparks
We conducted the Training on Preparing for Tax Audits in Technoparks with the presentation of one of Turkey’s leading experts in his field, R&D and Technopark General Manager – CPA Güven Ayyıldız.In the training, which took place with the intense participation of our entrepreneurs, current tax practices of companies operating in technoparks, points to be considered in audit processes, and invoicing and accounting processes were addressed.

We continue our efforts at full speed to create value for our entrepreneurs. Within this scope: • We held our meeting on EU projects with ITU ARI Teknokent, with whom we are an incubation partner. During the meeting organized under the coordination of the International Projects Office, we discussed potential collaborations within the framework of EU projects. • We held our regular meeting with the International Association of Science Parks and Areas of Innovation (IASP), of which we are a member. In addition, we participated in the information session for the South East European Innovators Program (SEEIP) event to be held on October 31. We evaluated the program details together with our entrepreneurs. • We listened to the presentation on the MamaLabs project by our entrepreneur company Diyastol, which is preparing for the Big Bang Start-up Challenge 2025. We jointly determined the application process and the roadmap to follow. We are continuing our work on new programs that we will soon launch for entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs.

We Evaluated Academy Industry Collaboration Opportunities with Antalya Bilim University TTO Authorities
We continue to develop academy-industry collaborations with our founding partner Antalya Bilim University. In this context, we met with ABÜ Technology Transfer Office officials and evaluated inter-institutional collaboration opportunities. In our meeting, we discussed strategies that will strengthen the interaction between academy and industry with TTO Coordinator Halil İbrahim Çelimli and TTO Expert Mert Efe Sevim and consulted in line with common goals.

We listened to the project presentations of our entrepreneurs at the Advisory Board with the participation of our Board Members
In the consultation committee, which was chaired by our Vice Chairman of the Board Ergin Civan, and consisting of our Board Members Ali Eroğlu, Nuri Ümit Aydın and Nar Un Company General Manager Oğuz Kırtız; we listened to the completed projects of our entrepreneurs, each of whom offers innovative solutions in their own fields, and evaluated their development areas and future projections. We continue to create new opportunities and evaluate the possibilities for the implementation of all projects to be completed in our Technopark.

We Conducted Technopark Processes and Annual Activity Report Preparation Training
Together with Tufan Özcanlı, Deputy General Manager of R&D and Teknokent, we carried out the "Technopark Processes and Annual Activity Report Preparation Training" simultaneously in person and online, with high participation from our entrepreneurs.During the training, the importance of projects in technoparks was explained to our entrepreneurs, and emphasis was placed on the technical and content-related points to be considered in the evaluation processes of these projects and the use of the portal.In addition, the importance of fulfilling periodic reporting obligations in accordance with the legislation and on time was emphasized, and possible problems that our entrepreneurs may encounter during these processes, along with suggested solutions, were also discussed.

From the Investor's Perspective: We Held the Seminar on Value Creating Elements in Early Stage Startups
We hosted a seminar titled “From the Investor’s Perspective: Elements Creating Value in Early-Stage Startups” with the participation of Selma Bahçıvanoğlu, Managing Partner at Simya VC.During the seminar, our entrepreneurs had the opportunity to hear directly from an investor about what they look for in a startup, which factors influence investment decisions, and how startups can differentiate themselves.

We Held the Globalization Steps and Export Support Information Seminar with the Participation of Our Entrepreneurs
We held the seminar titled “Globalization Steps and Export Supports” in collaboration with System Global Consultancy, with the participation of our entrepreneurs. During the seminar, expert speakers shared valuable insights into the key challenges companies face during the globalization process, along with proposed solutions, market and competitor analysis, and marketing strategies.Additionally, participants were informed about the support programs offered by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey, including application procedures and eligibility requirements. We will continue to support and guide our entrepreneurs on their journey toward globalization.

We Completed the Big Bang Start Up Challenge Information Seminar and Experience Sharing Event
We held the Big Bang Start up Challenge Information Seminar and Experience Sharing event with the participation of the ITU Core team and our entrepreneurs. In the highly productive event, participants learned about every stage of the process and listened to all the information about the opportunities they will encounter in their Big Bang Start up Challenge journey, how they should prepare, and the application process from the ITU Core team. Kemal Cihat Kaymul (Medktech Engineering) and Serkan Uluç (MIMS Software & EasyPack AI), who were among the 50 most successful startups in 2024 and earned the right to go to the final stage, shared their experiences and made recommendations to candidates who are newly preparing for this process. We would like to thank Mert Konuk, Enes Uslu, Hande Kanbir and Yunis İsmayil from the ITU Core team who contributed to the realization of this event and shared their knowledge and experiences with us.

We Held the KOSGEB Entrepreneur Support Program Information Seminar
We held the KOSGEB Entrepreneur Support Program Information Seminar with the presentation of Antalya KOSGEB SME Expert Güneş Ulutürk. In the seminar, which was held with the participation of our entrepreneurs, information was shared about the application conditions for the Entrepreneur Support Program, the deadline for application of which is March 31, the amount of support provided and the sectors to be supported. At the end of the seminar, our entrepreneurs asked questions about the support program.

Tax and Accounting Practices Information Seminar in Technoparks Held with Intense Participation
We organized the 2nd tax and accounting practices training for our companies with Güven Ayyıldız, the General Manager of R&D and Teknokent, one of the few experts in Turkey in his field. As in the previous training, this year, there was a high level of participation and in-depth information exchange was made on the accounting of exemptions in technoparks. We hope that it will be beneficial for our companies and thank Güven Bey and the Deputy General Manager of R&D and Teknokent, Tufan Özcanlı, who attended the meeting.
