Office and Workshop Facilities

A structure has been developed within the Antalya OSB Technopark Incubation Center to promote and support technology-focused entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurs in the prototype or product development phase, as well as those aiming to make their first sale, maintain their market presence, or grow by connecting with investors and corporate companies, are provided with consultancy and mentoring services to strengthen their projects and capabilities.

Entrepreneurs are offered all the resources they may need in one place, including open office spaces, entrepreneurship training, technical infrastructure support, and access to workshop facilities. The center continues to support entrepreneurs with the goal of becoming a hub of success and funding, helping them internationalize, connect with angel investors and seed capital, build networks, and access valuable information.

Office spaces ranging from a minimum of 50 m² to a maximum of 182 m² are available for rent in the Antalya OSB Technology Development Zone. The office rental price for 2025 is 600 TL + VAT per square meter. Operating expenses include services such as general lighting, heating, shared security insurance, secretarial support, maintenance and repairs, general cleaning, landscaping, pest control, parking, and security.

R&D Offices (1st, 2nd, and 3rd Floors):

• Type 1: 53 m² (Gross)
