Entrepreneurs/companies that carry out or want to carry out R&D/Software/Design projects can apply to Antalya OSB Technopark within the scope of the Technology Development Zones Law No. 4691 and the Law No. 5746 on Supporting Research, Development and Design Activities. Application is made through Antalya OSB Technopark Portal Entry at http://www.antalyaosbteknopark.com.

A fee is charged for project applications made to Antalya OSB Technopark. Pre-registration is free. Entrepreneur companies are charged an application fee at the main application stage. If the Entrepreneur Firm is suitable for the definition of the incubator company (0-3 years old), a discount will be applied.

The accepted companies are allocated office spaces with all communication, internet and electricity infrastructures ready to operate. If the company wishes, it can have the interior furnishing of the office space according to its own use, by undertaking to return the office as it was received upon departure and after obtaining the necessary permits. Changes to be made must be submitted to the Managing Company as a project and approval must be obtained. 

Office area sizes are determined in line with the demands of the applicant companies. Total office area is calculated as 10 m2 area per person to operate in Antalya OSB Technopark Technology Development Zone. It is possible to rent a minimum of 24m2 office space and a maximum of 123m2 office space. 

For 2022, rent + operating expenses will be collected from offices with an area of ​​24-123 m2. In addition, priority is given to Leaseable Areas to Academic Staff companies whose partners are members of Akdeniz and Bilim University.
