Antalya OSB Technology Development Zone Operation Inc. was established with the Council of Ministers Decision No. 2017/11141, which came into force after being published in the Official Gazette dated 20.01.2018 and numbered 30307. Pursuant to Article 5 of the Technology Development Zones Law numbered 4691, titled "Managing Company", its establishment was registered in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 31.10.2018 and numbered 9692.

Antalya OSB Technopark was established in partnership with Antalya Organized Industrial Zone, Antalya Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Antalya Science University, Akdeniz University and Young Organized Industry Association. Antalya OSB Technology Park, where administrative units, technology offices, prototype workshops and incubation centers will be located in a closed area of 15,300 m2 within the 52.000 m2 investment area within the borders of Antalya OIZ, differs both in that it is located within the industry and physically right next to the universities, which are its founding partners. .

Antalya OSB Technology Park aims to reduce import dependency by allocating a portion of its 52-decare area to companies that will carry out R&D studies to establish their own facilities.
